I have these in hand and are brand new. As you can see they are not sealed. This is how they were received from Japan as did every other importer as far as I am aware of. . It is brand new. If there are issues with it not having a seal, please do not buy. Any accusations of me opening or tampering is unwarranted as I do not have time to do these frivolous things. I posted a picture of in hand boxes to show you there are no seals.
