Vintage iolite sterling silver drop earrings. Acquired from a private estate collection, these delicate leverback earrings feature natural genuine iolite gemstones with a deep blue to violet color cut in a faceted oval shape. One of the stones has a shimmery effect created by naturally occurring metallic inclusions, which is a rare and highly collectible phenomenon for gemstone collectors. Stamped 925 on leverbacks. 0.55” length and 0.2” width. Excellent pre-owned condition with natural patina that can be left as is or polished up bright.
