Some signs of ware due to age and use, I did a basic cleaning of any tarnish but could use a good polishing.

The Garland pattern was a silver plate pattern designed and introduced by 1847 Rogers Bros IS International in 1965 and discontinued in 1973. The Garland pattern was made by 1847 Rogers Bros for International Silver Company.
